Expert System for Artificial Intelligence Blast Furnace Smelting Process

In order to upgrade traditional industry and realize the automation of furnace condition judgement and standardization of operation, an expert system for various furnace conditions and breakdown judgement and operation guidance on blast furnace are developed based on the theory of artificial intelligence and knowledge engineering. The system is fulfilled through C++Builder and combined with the actual production picture. The system has efficient and convenient man-machine interface by using menu operation method. The testing and operation of actual production data in simulation system indicate that the system is exact and reliable and can provide both the warning of various furnace breakdown and corresponding operation guidance.     

杂交水稻新组合T优55898高产制种技术

杂交水稻新组合T优55898系笔者主持用不育系T55A与强优势恢复系武恢898进行测交配组而成的籼型基本营养性杂交水稻新组合。该组合植株整齐、株型松散适中、分蘖力较强、后期转色好、高产稳产、适应性广，2006年通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定（闽审稻[2006012]）。其高产制种技术是：科学安排播种期，选择适宜扬花期；稀播，培育适龄壮秧；合理密植，插足基本苗；科学肥水管理，攻搭高产苗架；适时喷施“920”，提高异交结实率；及时防治病虫害；严格除杂去劣，防杂保纯。     

新型柴油机喷油规律测试系统的设计

基于柴油机喷油器,设计了一种柴油机喷油规律测试系统.对喷油器进行改装设计,用以容纳、计量柴油机在喷油过程中喷出的油量,用位移传感器测量喷出油量的容积变化,通过数据处理得到喷油规律;设计了卸压装置,以防止测量系统因油压过高而受损.实验结果表明,该测试系统可以快捷地测量柴油机的喷油规律.     

内混式自吸离心泵自吸性能影响因素的试验研究

针对比转速为74~112的5台内混式自吸离心泵,采用3种不同直径吸水管和6种不同隔舌间隙,对其规定高度自吸时间和极限真空度进行了较全面的试验研究,并对试验结果进行了综合分析。结果表明,对于内混式自吸离心泵,规定高度自吸时间总体上随吸水管内初始存气量的增加而成线性递增,而极限真空度与吸水管内的初始存气量无关;当隔舌间隙为1~6 mm时,隔舌间隙越小,自吸性能越好;泵的额定流量越大,自吸性能受隔舌间隙的影响越大。该研究对内混式自吸离心泵的水力设计、部分结构参数的确定以及自吸性能的进一步提高具有较重要的意义。     

有机-无机复混肥圆盘造粒试验研究

对有机-无机复混肥圆盘造粒进行试验研究，分析了圆盘转速、圆盘倾角、喷头喷孔直径以及水分含量对颗粒成粒率和颗粒抗压强度的影响，确定了有机一无机复混肥圆盘造粒时较适宜的圆盘倾角、圆盘转速和水分含量。     

自吸泵研究现状及发展趋势

自吸泵广泛用于喷灌、消防等场合。全面总结和分析了自吸泵的发展史，归纳了自吸泵自吸时间和最大自吸高度的计算模型，总结了自吸性能影响因素研究现状，介绍了回流孔大小、位置的计算公式，以及隔舌间隙及泵内储水容积和气液分离室容积的控制；阐明了轴封的气密性、吸入管路的气密性、浸入液面下的管路深度和入口管路的容积这些外部因素对自吸性能的影响机理；指出了自吸泵进一步发展的趋势和方向，为后续研究工作提供了指导性建议。     

城市生活用水考核指标体系

提出了城市生活用水考核的指标体系。该考核体系分城市生活用水单元和城市总体生活用水两个类型，从生活用水、重复利用、排水、用水管理等4个方面对生活用水进行考核，从而全面的反映城市生活用水情况，对城市生活用水的规范化、科学化管理，促进节约用水将起到积极的作用。     

基于灌区节水管理的孔口闸门设计研究

基于灌区末级灌溉工程供水、量测水配套建设的现状,提出一种适用于灌区节水管理需要且构思新颖的新型孔口闸门技术设施,围绕闸门启闭、流量观测、过闸流量调控3项技术集成所涉及的主体结构、配套设备、测流原理、材质选取、工艺流程等技术问题,进行了设计研究.     

Effects of naringenin on PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways in rats with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury

AIM To observe the effect of naringenin on cardiac injury in ischemia/reperfusion （I/R） rats, and to explore whether the role of naringenin is involved in PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways. METHODS SD rats （n=48） were randomly divided into sham operation （sham） group, model （I/R） group, naringenin treatment （NAR） group and naringenin+LY294002 （NL） group. Myocardial I/R injury model was prepared by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery of rats for 30 min followed by reperfusion for 120 min. After reperfusion, the serum levels of cardiac troponin I （cTnI） was measured by ELISA. HE staining, TTC staining and TUNEL staining were used to detect the myocardial histopathological changes, myocardial infarction area and myocardial cell apoptotic rate. The mRNA levels of endoplasmic reticulum stress-related indicators glucose-regulated protein 78 （GRP78）, C/EBP homologous protein （CHOP） and caspase-12 were detected by RT-qPCR. The protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, GRP78, CHOP, caspase-12, p-PI3K and p-AKT were determined by Western blot. RESULTS Compared with I/R group, the serum content of cTnI, myocardial pathological damage, myocardial infarction area and myocardial cell apoptotic rate were significantly reduced （P<0.05）, the protein levels of cleaved caspase-3, GRP78, CHOP and caspase-12 were decreased （P<0.05）, and the protein levels of p-PI3K and p-AKT were increased in NAR group （P<0.05）. LY294002 attenuated the protective effect of naringenin to some extent. CONCLUSION Naringenin reduces myocardial I/R injury in rats possibly by activating PI3K/AKT signaling pathway and subsequently regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress and its related apoptotic pathways.
